Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation of your order. You can track your order and status on the 'order tracking' section in the site.
How much does delivery cost?
All orders are subject to postage and packing charges.
UK orders are usually delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding Northern Ireland & some parts of Scotland). Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to additional charges and are usualy delivered wihin 3 to 7 days.

How long does my delivery take?
Items ordered before 13.00 pm on any business day (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays should be delivered within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends).
Orders delivered outside the UK may be subject to additional delivery charges and are usually delivered within 5-10 days.
Orders taken on Friday (after 13.00pm), or on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday or Tuesday (excluding Bank Holidays).
Please note that we reply upon the services of delivery agents & couriers.
Although we make every effort to ensure that your order reaches you as soon as possible, we cannot avoid the odd occasion when a delivery agent fails to perform the service that they are required to. We can not be held responsible for the late delivery of an item. We will not refund the standard delivery charge if the courier has failed to deliver the item(s) on the expected delivery date.
Delivery times
Most stock items are delivered within 2-5 working days. Delivery of larger or bulkier items may take slighty longer 5-10 days but we will endeavour to deliver goods within the times stated.
On occasion goods are subject to availability and delay in delivery of goods is sometimes beyond our control.
If Blinkers UK are temporarily out of stock of any item, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 14 days for dispatch of the goods.
Please ensure that you are available to sign for your delivery and that suitable access is available at the delivery address.
International delivery
We can accept orders for International Delivery.
Delivery times vary from country to country and from area to area within a country. We will usually notify you by E-mail to confirm delivery times for your order.
Who do we use for your delivery?
For all orders within the UK we use Royal Mail and courier services.
You must arrange for someone at your address to be in and sign for the delivery on the expected delivery date.
If you are not in, a card will usually be left. You should read the instructions on the card to arrange for delivery at another time or collect the item from your local depot within 5 days.
Our couriers will attempt to delivery your order twice. If your delivery is not re-delivered or collected within 5 days it will be returned to us. We will refund the cost of your items to your credit / debit card after deducting the original cost of delivery PLUS return delivery to us. Please contact us for further details.
What to do if there is a problem with your delivery
If the parcel does not arrive when you expect it then please email us stating your order number. We will endeavour to trace your items and let you know what's happening within a few hours.
If the goods are damaged upon receipt please contact us within 2 days of delivery.
If you have received an item which has been sent in error, please note that this must be sent back to us. We will pay for the delivery of the returned item(s).
If returned items are not received by us within 5 working days, an invoice will be raised and a charge made to the customers account. All items must be returned in a re-saleable condition, unused, unopened, sealed in original packaging and in original condition.
Non Delivery & Refused Items
If your delivery is not accepted or signed for it will automatically be returned to us. We will refund the cost of your items to your credit / debit card after deducting the re-stocking fee, the original cost of delivery PLUS return delivery to us. All returned items will be subject to a processing fee of 50% of the total value of the goods returned.
